The Center for Mind Body Therapies is located at the center of Historic Downtown Frederick, MD. It is only one block from Baker Park and the Frederick County Courthouse. The area boasts a beautiful landscape along with a truly historic feel. I keep my phone on until you arrive safely, so if you have difficulty in finding the Center, please call me at 240-446-3030.

Parking:
Park on Bentz St. (one-way going South), or on Carroll Parkway. There is a big sign for the Center out by the sidewalk, so even at night you should be able to find it. The Center is a large red brick house with a front porch, located just before the intersection of North Bentz St. and West Patrick St. Parking Meters are enforced Monday through Saturday until 5pm.

From the South:
Take Rte 15 North. Exit at Rosemont Avenue
Turn left onto Rosemont Ave. Follow to Bentz Street
Turn right onto Bentz St. to: 5 N. Bentz Street

From the North:
Take Rte 15 South. Exit at Rosemont Avenue
Turn right onto Rosemont. Follow to Bentz Street
Turn right onto Bentz St. to: 5 N. Bentz Street

From the East and West:
Take I-70 to Rte 15 North. Exit at Rosemont Avenue
Turn left onto Rosemont Ave. Follow to Bentz Street
Turn right onto Bentz St. to: 5 N. Bentz Street

From I-70 West:
Take EXIT 32B onto US-40 West (Dual Highway/National Pike) towards Hagerstown
Travel 2.6 miles, and turn right onto Eastern Blvd. North
In 1/2 mile you will turn right onto Professional Court, and drive until you reach a cul-de-sac.
Turn left into The Mental Health Center parking lot.
