My mission in life is to empower you to feel fully alive. During this workshop, I will teach you three powerful tools that will help ease body tension and rest your active mind! You do not need any previous exposure to meditation or yoga. This is for all people who are ready to manage stress and be happy!

Many of us are familiar with our own “fight or flight” response – our breath shortens, our heart beat quickens, and we may begin to feel sweaty and dizzy. Did you know that your body is equipped with the equally powerful “Relaxation Response,” and that practicing relaxation for only minutes at a time can invoke this powerful antidote to anxiety & stress?
